Our adult dance classes are designed for fun, fitness, and creativity! Each month, we rotate our Monday class through a variety of styles-from Rythm and Boots to Holiday Heels, and more-so you can explore different ways to move and express yourself. Lift and Lengthen
Every Tuesday 7-8
This class combines the toning power of weight lifting with the lengthening benefits of Pilates-style stretching. Designed to build functional strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility, each session focuses on controlled, mindful movement that targets the whole body. Perfect for all levels, this class leaves you feeling strong, centered, and energized.


Adult Contemporary/ Ballet with Marta
Every Wednesday 7-8
This open-level class blends the grace of ballet with the expressive freedom of contemporary movement. Designed for adult dancers of all backgrounds, it emphasizes fluidity, musicality, and connection to the floor, while maintaining a strong foundation in classical technique. Whether you're returning to dance or exploring it for the first time, this class offers a supportive, inspiring environment to move, grow, and express yourself.
Adult Stretch
Every Thursday 7-8
This gentle, full-body stretch class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support mobility for dancers and non-dancers alike. With a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement, it's the perfect way to unwind, recover, and reconnect with your body. All levels welcome—no dance experience necessary.

Rythm and Boots
This month we’re bringing the energy with Rhythm & Boots! Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast as we combine country-inspired steps with upbeat rhythm and style. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this class is all about learning new moves, enjoying great music, and dancing with friends. No experience (or cowboy boots) required, just come ready to have fun!

Adult Jazz
This October, our adult class is all about Jazz! Experience the style that blends technique, rhythm, and expression with plenty of energy and flair. You’ll learn fun combinations set to upbeat music while building confidence, flexibility, and strength. Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after some time away, this class is the perfect way to challenge yourself and have fun this fall.

Werk it Out! - Dance Fitness
This November, we’re turning up the heat with Werk It Out! – Dance Fitness! This high-energy class combines easy-to-follow dance moves with a full-body workout that will leave you feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy, your water bottle, and get ready to sweat, smile, and WERK it on the dance floor!

Holiday Heels
Step into the season with Holiday Heels! This fun and empowering class combines sassy choreography with a festive twist, all while building confidence and style.
